Description
- Operation & Maintenance, Trouble shooting of Electrical equipment’s.
- Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment’s and spares’.
- Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guidelines.
- Material management of assigned area for smooth power plant operation.
- Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.
- Implements maintenance schedule of electrical equipment’s.
- Maintains the maintenance records of equipment.
- Job planning and execution.
- Shift Electrical Maintenance.
- Testing of motors and switchgear.
- Follow all safety rules of Electrical maintenance.
- Control circuit of MCC, ACDB, LDB, PMCC and HV switchgear systems.
- Maintenance of plant illumination system.
- Power evacuation system maintenance.
- Calibration of meters and relays by secondary and primary injection kits.
- Motor testing and maintenance.
- Transformer testing and maintenance.
- Low Voltage and High Voltage VFD operation and maintenance.
- Responsible for trouble free operation of assigned area to achieve optimum reliability and availability of equipment and spares.
- Implementation of safety measures and compliance of safety guidelines.
- Material management of assigned area for smooth power plant operations.
- Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime.
- Implements maintenance schedule for electrical equipment’s.
- Maintains the maintenance records of equipment.
- Perform any other duties may assigned by Senior.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other electrical related field.
- Should be registered by Engineers Board (ERB).
- Minimum of four (4) years of work experience preferably power plant.
- Previously Experience in Cement Plant will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in the use and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations.
- Good data gathering and analysis skills.
- Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
- Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
